What are your resources?

As you're healing from a narcissistic-leaning relationship, keep reminding yourself you have resources and choices.

Write them down:

  • Who are your supportive people?

  • What brings you peace?

  • Where can you go when need support?

  • What's something you can look at, do, feel, smell or touch that feels safe?

Resources are important for any situation where youโ€™re healing, including healing from narcissistic-leaning relationships. It can sometimes feel lonely and knowing where you can turn for support and regulation can help. ๐Ÿ’›

I have a list on my notes on my of resources that I go to and use them whenever I feel I need extra support. For me, walking is a very healing resource. So is journaling and reaching out to a few trusted friends m. Yours can be anything that feels safe and settling to yourself. There is not a right or wrong thing. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’›

The most important thing to remember is you matter and are deserving of safe support.๐Ÿ’›
